Free browser-only tool
Find search terms that need a human look.
Paste search terms or load a CSV export. The sorter flags common job-seeking, DIY, free and template language, then lets you choose what belongs in a review worksheet.
Load search terms
Paste a column or choose a Google Ads CSV export.
Export the Search terms report from Google Ads, or paste terms directly. If the file contains Search term, Clicks and Cost columns, this tool will keep those values.
A flag is not an instruction to block a term. Check intent, match type, performance and possible collateral blocking before adding any negative keyword.
Review before blocking
A negative keyword can remove good traffic too.
Context matters. A training company may want “course” searches. A recruitment company may want job seekers. A service business usually does not. Use the sorter to reduce a large export into a review queue, then inspect the exact query and match type inside Google Ads.
The output is intentionally a review worksheet, not a negative-keyword upload file.
